  • The Problem: 

    Under the Carbon Pricing Act (CPA) and its regulations, industrial facilities emitting direct greenhouse gases (GHGs) equal to or exceeding 2,000 tCO2e annually must register as a reportable facility and submit an annual Emissions Report. For many organizations, this has led to significant costs due to carbon taxes, especially for those failing to meet the National Environmental Agency's (NEA) stringent Destruction and Removal Efficiency (DRE) requirement of 99.9999%.

    We combine both advanced systems and expert guidance to assist organizations in accurately measuring their GHG emissions. We also monitor the DRE efficiency of Perfluorocarbons (PFCs) and validate emissions data, ensuring compliance with carbon taxation and environmental reporting regulations.   • The Problem: 

    An Indonesia-based paper company needed an automated dosing solution for the dyeing process of their paper products to improve on their product quality consistency. Their current system is labour-intensive and inconsistent as it is manually releasing the dye by opening the valve for a fixed duration, which makes it impossible to precisely control the amount of dye used each time.

    Our Solution:

    We designed and built an automated dosing system using Rheonik Coriolis Flow Meter, and equipped it with our own in-house control software that enables precise dosing of dye color into the mixing tank with each use. In 2020, we produced a total of two automated dosing systems, which the company has been using ever since.
